The Cost

Here are the costs of each part of the Limited Edition of Search for Poseidon's Gold:

Artwork $2,356
Plastic pieces (tiles and monsters) $3,056
Treasure $1,978
Game Guides $1,400
Player Cards $785
Box Stickers $175
Bare Packaging (boxes, baggies) $107
Plugs (divers), Dowels (subs) and Dice $119
Miscellaneous Supplies $200
TOTAL    $10,176

I took on all of the tasks I could do, which meant I painted and cut dowels into submarines, painted divers, decorated the submarines, and did all of the game piece counting and assembling. Each game takes about 5 hours to complete.
